When i load a modded car into the map i have different problems. Some cars dont have tyres and no sound. Others have tyres (still no sound) but it feels weird to drive. I only downloaded cars which i saw work in videos from youtubers or friends. Can anyone help me?

Since the mods are...well...mods made by users, they tend to break after updates.
This can result in them having no tires equipped, their engines or other powertrain parts breaking, them exploding on spawn, them breaking other mods and/or vanilla parts, etc.
It isn't guaranteed that they'll be fixed.
Only download mods from beamng.com/resources, beamng.com/forums or the in-game repository.
Other 3rd-party sites often steal mods that weren't supposed to be released publicly (which is often the case with real life cars; Bugatti, Chevrolet; Honda; Mercedes, etc.) these mods will certainly NEVER be fixed/updated.

Some youtubers promote clickbait Russian mod sites filled with viruses and trash mods unfortunately, some particularly terrible people even steal mods and reupload as their own just to get extra ad revenue from their websites... Not to mention 90% of youtubers don't even keep up to date mod lists in video descriptions, they can be outdated by 3 years or more and old mods like this usually don't work. If you see a link to a mod on a YouTube video, it's better to assume it won't work well, UNLESS it leads to the in-game repo or to this forum. And if the video is several years old then it's usually not even work checking the mod because it's most certainly outdated.
