Issue with police spawns

With the new traffic update. I haven't been able to figure out where to change the selection to spawn in Certain police vehicles.
Currently if I spawn in American police cars, some of them spawn in that I do not want. Is there a folder to change these settings? Can it be more manageable in the future by selecting which vehicle is counted as "police" ?

Have you tried changing the AI settings in the Gameplay menu in the Options? There's a "Smart" car spawning which may help you
