Issue with SpeedLink Drift O.Z Wheel?

Hello. I've just bought the game, and am enjoying it

But, my wheel - SpeedLink Drift O.Z, doesn't seem to want to input correctly. I've tried using the menu's. When I select accelerator input, I press the peddle, all seems fine. But, it has inverted issues. Despite this, I managed to get that to work *roughly*. Then for the brake. When I press the OTHER pedal, it thought I was pressing the SAME pedal? I'm really disappointed that it's come to this. I hope you could provide an answer. Bearing in mind that the steering works lovely, but it's only the pedals that seem to not want to work. Many other people have had this issue. (the wheel works perfectly for every other game).
