issues with steering wheel

My Genius 2in1 mini vibration wheel has issues... When I go into the game it vibrates whenever i turn the wheel, but this lags my bad... I get 30 to 40 fps without the steering wheel, with the vibration I get 10 to 20 fps.
Then when I go to turn the force feed back off (to try to stop the vibration)It wont stop vibrating unless i put my mouse in the side menu... (Sorry about the bad notes)
(If this is on the wrong area no hate please tell me)

In the new version every thing works great!! It was fixed some updates ago, the game is working perfectly now.
