It's to be expected that a map that was last updated in 2017 is broken in some way.
Jalkku was last seen on December 16th, so It's unlikely that this map will receive an update.

When did I say it was easy? I just wish Jakku would update since it was one the best rally tracks in BNG.D

I have fixed the textures and some other smaller things. Not sure i am allowed to post the fixed version.
