Java blocked???

    I am not able to run any java executables. i tried unblocking them in downloads. i tried different versions of java. and when i try to use jarx it thinks java isn't installed when it indeed is/

    What does the block message say? Post a screenshot of it and I can probably help.

    nothing. It just wont start anything. Java is installed. I am going to enable the highest tier account on windows. Administrator, to see if it works then
