Jeep Wrangler parts keep corrupting Hopper

Hi there, so I recently downloaded a mod for the hopper which adds jeep wrangler parts to it (front fascia, headlights, taillights and hood). Then I decided I wanted the original hopper, so I removed the mod but unfortunately the parts are still there and are now slightly glitchy. The hopper now only spawns with the wrangler parts. I have removed all mods and tried a reinstall but I'm not sure if I did it right. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
