Who created Beam Style files?

What? Jbeam is a markup language based on json. Created by BeamNG for use in BeamNG.drive.

 

I think he means who as a person created it. I have never heard of anyone named "BeamNG Drive"

I think he means the original person who thought it up, was it a single persons idea or was it a group of individuals who thought up the idea of nodes and beams, was it already an industry standard for high end physics simulation or is it entirely new.
