I just got my copy today. It's fun. Would be even better if somebody manage to set a private BeamNG server. At least it wouldn't have to deal with hackers and spawnkills.
I played in some of the beta tests so I figured I'd give it a try. About 3 seconds in I was reminded that almost every single person playing this mod is 10, thinks your mother is a whore, and will kill you the instant they see you with their farmed weapons. So I uninstalled and played some BeamNG and all is well with the world.
I would, I have several old computers and I could Frankenstein together one powerful enough for the job, but ancient infrastructure makes my internet pathetically unreliable, especially in the junky winter months.
sigh, i wish i had jc2, i've been watching video's since the first public beta unfortunately, parents, lol, i can however, host a small private server, i just wont be able to join myself , just let me talk with a friend of mine, as i dont have perms for installing required files for it to run on liunx, so yeah - - - Updated - - - EDIT: does anyone know of a way to get money from gamefanshop? as jc2 is on sale for $3 and i have $10 on gamefanshop, however, it seems they limit the minimum transfer to $20, so does anyone know if there's anyway possible to export it without those $10 more
Sell ridiculous amounts of steam trading cards and maybe a TF2 hat or 2 I played in some of the first betas. Loved every minute of it, people do troll you so hard but the solution is troll them back. Half a god damn hour I spent chasing down some dude that rammed my car over some mountain roads, through the cities, around the airport (sketchy as hell for the last 2), desert and back again. Totally worth it to see his dead body lying on a bridge. Once offered a dude a lift because he was stuck running around mountains, for once they noticed someone addressing them in chat (helps to spam their username in caps) and took me up on my offer, then they said that they were going AFK, so I bailed from the car at the top of a cliff. Mate and I found a hidden spawn for the tank/armoured car/apc thingy, 4 of them parked in a row (I might have the map screenshot uploaded on my steam account somewhere if they havent been moved), took them to airport. Chaos ensues (or rather escalates )

I've only played on one server, but I love the /tp and the /derby (demolition derby) in free roam, cars are harder to destroy and have nitrous! I'm loving it so far!
There's a lot to do and the game is vastly improved, sure there's trolls but I've been playing the game a few years so I can fuck them up the awesome thing I'd I was in a server with just over a thousand people with 22 ping !!! And you can have a 15,000 man server ! I was thinking we need the same for far cry 3. That feature they made an absolutely massive song and dance about and was plastered all over the tech blogs? Quite a few steam games now have a set of collectable (virtual) trading cards, playing the game randomly gives you a few, capped how many you can get from one game and which ones you get are entirely random so sometimes you get dupes (I got 3 the same from surgeon simulator 2013). If you get all the cards from one game you get a steam badge for that game. Check your steam inventory, they go in there. You can sell them on the community market and get funds for your steam wallet. The same goes for TF2 hats if you have any (although not all hats are sellable). I sold a shiny stealth ship card from FTL and got 75 pence into my steam wallet once, JC2 is £1.99 on steam right now so thats a fair portion done Or go to some sort of shop which sells video games and you can buy steam gift vouchers which you add to your steam wallet without needing a debit card to buy the game direct. Buy a 10 buck gift voucher in cash, add it to your own account. Parents need not know. And in the event that you are unaware of the steam wallet. Valve added it a while back. You can add funds to your steam account directly now. Pay £10 by card to stick £10 on your steam wallet, go to buy a steam game and you can pay for it via your wallet funds. Gift vouchers all add to the wallet. Community marketplace sales all go to the wallet. Its not bad. Cant actually remember what but I did buy something with funds purely earned from selling duplicate trading cards.
So freaking awesome. I downloaded the Just Cause Collection which is usually $30 for only $5.99 yesterday and I've been no lifing it ever since. (I've played and beaten JC2 on the Xbox but this is my first time playing it on a PC) - - - Updated - - - That would be amazing. If you are unaware, there is a BeamNG group already set up on Steam. If someone hosts a server we could have an awesome time with all the BeamNG guys in JC2
This is the exact same thing that I will be doing. I am waiting until Christmas to get my sexy gaming computer, and I will play Just Cause 2 with no lag, finally! I will be glad to play multiplayer with people on here too!

Its on sale, £1.99 for base game on steam. After watching a guy crash a fighter jet kamikaze into a helicopter you will immediately have had your 2 quids worth. Even better, I hit a low flying plane while jumping a car once xD
Yeah, I have it on xbox, really fun game. I've spent 48 hours playing it in two years. Which is alot based on how little I play xbox and how many games I have. Main problem is finals, ugh. Do you think it's worth it buying it again, just for the multiplayer?
