Keeping Cars After Scenario

    There used to be a time where after scenarios cars would stay there but now that aint a thing anymore is there any fix around for this? I like doing the derby scenario and would like for the cars that I just got done derbying to stay. Refer to 9:15 in the video. when I click free roam all the cars that were in the scenario stay. Now when I do it none of them stay.
