no, all you have to do is export the heightmap in an image file that torque3D can read, like .jpeg or .png, i haven't had a look at textures yet though.

Yeah I tried that but the hightmap get all messed up when you import it to them game, spikes and that but if you set it to another hight when you import it, it will get more smooth. But still not the perfect looking terrain. Anyway Im new to this x)

How did you export the height map from L3DT. Check the image file that you exported as well to see if the issue is also in the image file.

Just a question it is the alpha maps the ones i should use? I always look at them and decide one then drag it to the desktop and trying to import it to the map. Or am I wrong? :D

In L3DT you need to generate a heightmap and have that as the open image file. Then you go file>export>export active map layer and then choose the file type you wish to use. Then the method you are using to import into BeamNG should hopefully work.
When importing into BeamNG do not use textures, just the heightmap. You add textures yourself in the wysiwyg editor inside BeamNG.

I would suggest BeamNG so that you don't have to port it over later as that will require setting up all the file locations again.
