When i try to choose a part in a vehicle it just freezes my game for around four to five seconds.
    I've got an i5 6500, 16 gb ram ,gtx 1060 6gb and the game is on a m2 ssd ( write 1000mb/s and 2000mb /s read ).
Pls help it is really annoying.

its not your computer its just the way the game is every time you select a part it has to re spawn the car if you want to get around this you have to freeze the game and use the part selector and un pause it when your done with it

Yes mods do slow the game down. I have 128 mods and the car selector takes about 5 seconds to load no matter what, but with no mods it is instant.
