Lag spikes and T-series engine sounds sounding off

    Title says it all really. The T-series sounds off, the engine sound seems like its being played through a YouTube video, and seems lower quality. Its not my headphones, its the game. Also, whenever I look around with my camera or just mind my biz, I get 1.5 second lag spikes. Just weird issues.

    Does the issue persist in Safe Mode? (launcher -> support tools)

    Lag spikes still happen but T-series sounds are all good

    I just click "Launch" (not Launch [Vulkan]) So I assume DX.
