Laguna Seca problem

Hello everybody! So I wanted to play on a map called Laguna Seca A very nice racetrack, and it was made in 2013 and it looked pretty good. But when I started the map it was stuck on an loading screen, and it was just saying: Turning on the lights. And it was there for a long time, so eventully I exited from the game. So I just wanted to ask, How can I fix this problem? (And Yes I know that the Map is outdated, but I still wanna play on the Laguna Seca) So if anybody knows How to fix this problem It will be very helpful! Thank you so much!

You may just have to check if the map is packaged correctly

 

Yeah I think it Was alright But I am not sure Could you please check if it is alright please? The same thing is happning to the Monza 1988 map. It just sayes on the loading screen: Constructing Building or something, so yeah.
