Laptop FPS drops

    Just to say, i know about laptop can't run the game normaly and BeamNG wiki recommended to activate max settings in Windows options but i alright activated it but the about unlock the temperature CPU, how i can do it?

    Lenovo Ideapad L340
    GTX 1050
    I5
    SSD 500Go
    Run usually the game at medium quality
