Is there a way to make the 3 major parts of the city of Las Vegas i used to live there and it would mean a lot to my to drive around the Vegas strip. How long would it take to make? Im not really good at creating things like this but i know there's someone out there who is.

a LV map with shining lights, hotels, casinos, and a long desert road with arcades, restaurants, and gas stations would be sick. maybe an UFO easter egg too. if it exists i want to smash other cars into the median just like in burnout
