Liberty City .zip files question

Is it okay to put both Liberty City zip folders in the Mods folder, or am I asking for trouble? I thought maybe if they're different enough from each other, then it won't pose a potential cache or clashing issue, but I'm not sure.

I'd imagine they'll use the same names for files and things, so it might get confused, or at least it might slow the game down trying to get things from both folders. i'd suggest just deactivating the old version in the mod manager.
