License plate and NOS mods

    Hi all,
    I don’t know if this is the right forum to be writing this on but I was wondering if anyone knew any license plate mods like Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (shorturl.at/isDJQ) where it can actually change or add elements to the vehicle.
    I really like using Vehicle Global Strength, Weight, Size and Other Values Edit by Agent y (shorturl.at/ixNO4) just for the fact of running cars as diesels and it still lets you use the NOS.
    I was wondering if anyone has any mods that work like these two, I’d really appreciate it thank you.
