License Plate Problem

I changed my Steam name to Nathan24 and my license plate still says Joseph24? Why???

Patience, it's been a day.

Beam only looks at your Steam name for lisence plates the first time it's run. After that, you have to personally edit it in the tuning menu, then it stays forever.
I know because I changed my plate number from Steam name to ND4SPD first day we got plates, and it's stayed ever since.

 

It would be cool if we can set our default license plate though.

 

We can, that's what I just told you how to do. I set my default as ND4SPD, and it's been like that forever.
