Lighting issues

When running lighting quality in the lowest setting, many cars (most visible in high quality mod cars with angel eye lights, daytime running lights etc) and in all cars including vanilla cars, using turn signals and those running lights can be seen THROUGH anything, including walls, interior or the car, etc. If above was unclear, here is a probably more refined version: turn signal lights glowmaps and (beams?) of light can be seen through the car, in the interior, and other things. Was not an issue in 0.24, just a small bug which I hope is fixed soon. The issue is fixed by using low quality lighting, so its just an issue with lowest settings.
