Lighting makes enormous fog issue

Hi.

This happens only when I change the lighting quality from worst to low.

Else it looks like this

Please help.

This happens if you using a video card that does not support DirectX11, which is required to run the game.
But the card supports DirectX10. In that case the game is running in a sort of compatibility mode, and some graphical effect mod may not work at all or correctly.

Turn down the graphical settings, or upgrade to a DirectX11 compliant video card.

Oddly Enough, My graphics card does support DirectX 11, and has worked on a high setting with no issue.
It was when I had to use windows recovery to fix an issue I was having with internet and roll back a month. Then suddenly anything above lowest made this glitch.

My graphics card is an nvidia quadro fx4800.

(if you are looking at DxDiag, please note that refers to the DirectX version your OS can support, not the GPU)
