SOLVED Lights not working in replay

Whenever I turn on any lights in a replay, they don't turn off, even when i turn them off while recording.
An example would be in the video below, where despite me not braking, the brake lights are stuck on.
This started occurring last month or the month before. Why is this happening in my replays?

 

It happens for everyone, the replay is an experimental feature remember.
I don't know if disabling the compression option fix the issue.

 

I understand, I'm just confused as it seems nobody else is having this problem.

Yes, in Gameplay, there is a Replay category I think.

It's in the OTHER category in the settings. And you have to make sure the the circled checkbox is UNCHECKED. Then you can see headlights in Replays.
It's really ridiculous that there's not a tool tip or something somewhere that tells you about this workaround.

 

This is still not working! No headlight, no horn, no reverse light, no indicators light. I have uncheck the Enable lossy compression option too. What to do??
