SOLVED Loading Screen Bug

Hello guys, im having trouble to get in game, when i try to open a map it loads normally with the showroom pictures, done loading i get the ingame scene pictures, it shows the tachometer and the mini map, i can hear the car sounds. I even can apply the world editor and then see the map, the car and everything, closing the editor gives back the loading screen pictures. I cleaned cache, deactivated all mods, finally reinstalled the game but nothing helped.

Noticed when booting the game, the Steam cloud always got the old settings downloaded. I deactivated the Steam cloud, deleted the settings folder in the documents and now the game works fine again.
Hope this helps someone else in case of same troubleshooting.
