Hello. Since the last few changelogs talked about improvements in FFB and wheel sensitivity I've been trying to use my Logitech DFGT with many problems (not only in last version):
    - By default, the "brake" control assignation in the "controls" menu concerns the right pedal (normally throttle) while "throttle" control concerns the left pedal. I did the logical workaround (set "brake" to throttle pedal, etc.) but the cars accelerate or brake regardless of my inputs.
    - The steering, although assigned to the correct axis (x in my case), never works right and alternates between not working at all (also no FFB) and a very narrow wheel turn (around 45º) that makes the cars undrivable.
    - When it works, FFB basically turns the wheel completely to one lock or the other (even with the car stopped). Centering direction or turning to the other side requires struggling against (and probably forcing/damaging) the FFB motor.

Troubleshooting done to the moment (without success):
    - tried to use this settings posted by Tobyto: Steering-wheel-FFB
    - tried to plug an unplug the wheel while in game (hoping that "out of the box" config would happen)
    - Tried closing Logitech Profiler to let the game do all the configs (with the same hope)

    Conditions:
    - The wheel works perfectly in other games (Assetto Corsa and Dirt Rally, basically)
    - The wheel gets detected by BeamNG as what it is (DFGT) and inputs are recognized in the corresponding menu section.

Also a suggestion, now that wheels are supposed to be working fine maybe a section or a sticky post could be done (by devs or expert users) that helps with wheel configs: profiler configs, game configs (and meaning of the different options on the controller menu) and fine tuning for different devices.

BTW I am impressed by the recent evolution of the game and love it.

P.S. I searched relevant posts on this matter but current development speed makes many answers obsolete for newer versions. Anyways, sorry if this gets redundant.

Make sure that you are not using combined axes for pedals in the logitech profiler. Try inverting the FFB direction in the FFB settings (or un-inverting if it is).

Thanks for your answer. I am sure I am not using combined pedals.

Thanks again. I could solve the pedals trouble after some tweaking and now they are working as supposed. The steering problem persists though. Invert/uninvert FFB did not work. I have 900º of movement in the DFGT, but in game the car goes from lock to lock in less than 45º and FFB takes the wheel from side to side (not the 900º but the less than 45º) all the time.

Can you post your FFB coefficients? (Force Coefficient, Force Limit, Force Smoothing, Force Smoothing High Frequency)

This is what my FFB settings look like for G27. I used to have a Driving Force Pro and the settings were similar.

Great! Thank you so much. Now its working almost perfectly. The turn of the virtual wheel is like 5-10º degrees more/less (depending on the car?) than that of the "real" wheel but everything else is perfect. Still it would be great if you could explain the meaning/effect of the different adjustments in another (sticky?) post, so we can fine tune them knowingly. Thanks again.
