Logitech F710 controller not recognized in-game

Hi there,
I need some help with solving the issue about my wireless Logitech F710 controller, and I'm asking the community since the customer support isn't working...

So, I'm using this controller for 2 years and it works for the game, all normal.
Today I just started my PC like every other day and my controller stopped working in-game, but the weird thing is that it works when using Steam and playing other games. I've tried downloading and solving the issue with Logitech by re-installing the setup and using their "Connectivity Utility" and it sends a message "ready for use and playing", but I can't use it in-game, to be exact, my cars aren't moving, and when I check with my device manager, it says there are no issues detected, and it is connected all the time.
What I'm asking is if any of you had any similar issues with this (or any other controller), and if any of you know to solve this issue. I'll drop some pictures down below...

I tried to play with the controller itself, the car is not moving...
