Before you go complaining in the comments, I've tried contacting both Beam.NG Drive Support and Logitech Support and I still haven't gotten a solution. I mean Logitech just lead me to something completely off topic, Beam.NG support just abandoned my ticket. So I thought my best solution would be to turn to the community.

Here's exactly what I sent to Beam.NG Support:
I've made support tickets in the past and never got a valid response. Every time I play BeamNG.Drive, my force feedback is not functioning as it should. It works completely fine in any other game that supports wheels and has force feedback, such as Assetto Corsa and Wreckfest. I've been having issues for months now, I'm going to send in the same exact videos I showed before. I've tried reinstalling the Logitech Software, Reinstalling the drivers, Reinstalling BeamNG.drive, Running BeamNG.Drive with no mods. I've tried everything. Here are some videos that can help you.

    Video 1: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme...1/1121549352578588733/2023-06-22_17-10-12.mp4
    Video 2: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme...1/1121549353287430355/2023-06-22_17-10-34.mp4

As you can see in video 1 and video 2, I have to manually find the point of which the steering balances, and if I push it slightly one way or the other, It goes to its locking point.

    Video 3: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme...1/1121549354751229982/2023-06-22_17-11-01.mp4

As you can see in video 3, just with a subtle correction of the wheel, the force feedback gets super messed up and pretty much screws up my driving.

    Video 4: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachme...1/1121549359645995031/2023-06-22_17-12-56.mp4

In this clip, I am keeping the steering wheel at the neutral position and then letting go of it. If it was properly working, the force feedback should not of even kicked in, it should of made small movements or not move at all.

    Attempts at fixing:
    • Updating Logitech Drivers
    • Uninstalling G Hub
    • Uninstalling and Reinstalling Beam.NG
    • Running the game without mods
    • Some random Logitech fixes they told me to do
    • Resetting all settings in-game
    • Resetting all settings in G Hub

I hope this is enough information to make my FFB working again. I haven't been able to enjoy the game in probably 6-7 months at this point, hopefully you guys could give me a hand with this issue. If there is anything else I could provide you with just let me know.:)

I'm quite certain that the support department hasn't abandoned your ticket. Have you followed the instructions they sent you, such as providing the Support ID?

They asked for me to provide a Support ID, which I did. They didn’t respond for about a week, so I sent a follow up email asking how things were going and if I correctly sent the Support ID to which I got no response. It’s been about a month since I sent that follow up email.

I'm having the same exact problem, though the wheel works as it should but without the force feedback. The force feedback works fine in Euro Truck Simulator.
