Trust me on this one, don't cheap out on a hardware component. Save up, and then get the RIGHT card. Trust me, I went cheap on a 750 ti, and that drove me crazy, I couldn't hold a steady framerate, so I got a 960. Returned that thing after a week after discovering it is actually a 750 ti ti. Then I finally bough a 970 and I am at peace with myself.

Also don't buy old hardware, always go newer, even if it's a lower tier, it will probably cheaper and consume less power. A GTX 750 (non-ti) is 180 here, so it's probably 120 in the states. Look into that.
