Looking for a general mod pack for parts.

Ive been looking around for a mod pack that has a bunch of parts for performance and cooling for, at-least the official vehicles. I have adlers drag pack, DPMP and a few other mods for parts, but its very hit or miss with the support for other vehicles. It would be nice to be able to add on oil radiators or other things to make the cars. perform well, and not have to worry about it overheating every 3 minutes.

Does have any recommendations on Monitor apps? I have the engine thermal debug on, but it seems a bit basic and want something with a actual dials on it like the tachometer on the U.I.
