Looking for awesome Deep Dish wheel mods and Lift Kits

So I am trying to build the "Pure Amurican" truck and so far it is going quite well, but I've ran into an issue.

I need a lift kit and some chrome deep dish wheels like this:


For a lift kit I have searched and found nothing.

My truck looks like this btw:

 

No chrome bumpers?
