Looking for best police skin pack with support for wide variety of vehicles

Hi everyone,

I spend most of my time in this game doing police chases, and I do so with a variety of cars. I'm currently looking for a working police skin pack with support for the widest variety of vehicles; bonus points if the liveries are not mostly black (black cars are more boring to look at for me).

I'm aiming for a realistic looking fictional police skin pack (cars that have additional detail similar to "Call 911" on the sides, instead of just saying "Police"). I live in Portland, Oregon, so if you somehow have Oregon police skins that are for the vehicles listed below, that would be amazing, but realistic look is what I care most about after vehicle support.

I play with these vehicles for police, but more than this is of course ok:

ETK 800 (sedan and station wagon)
D series
Crown Victoria mod
Roamer

In my play sessions I like to mix and match cars, so that's why I'm looking for a pack to maintain consistency instead of mixing police skins that are for different places.

Do you know of a police skin pack that would best meet my needs? I tried the River Highway police skin pack but that one is old and outdated; the D series skin doesn't work at all.
