WIP Beta released Losail International Circuit (Qatar GP) V2.0

This is the Losail International Circuit (Qatar GP)

Update 2.0 is now live:
- Lighting system overhauled
- Added time trial
- Adjusted colors on some textures
- Fixed transparency on some textures


There will be updates coming, which will include:
- Drivable Go-Kart track
- AI routes
- Removal of sticky barriers
- Adding floodlights
- Multiple spawn points


Known Issues:
- Mod image preview doesn't show up
- Brake markers/boards destroy your car
