Lost License (Resolved)

Hello,

Before Beam.NG was on Steam and you could only buy a license through FastSpring, I bought the game for myself and a few months later for a friend. When the game was moved to Steam I converted my license, but my friend did not.
He recently mentioned to me he wanted to play the game again, but I cannot seem to find the old FastSpring license anywhere.

I still have the email I used to buy the game and the email of my friend.

How can I find the lost license? I contacted support about a week ago, but I still haven't received a response.
