Low fps for no reason

    So I have a weird problem where the game will be running fine, but when I load in a different car too many times my fps will drop to 20 fps for no reason(for reference point I usually get 60-70fps on high settings).

    Here are my specs:
    GPU: rtx 4070(labtop)
    CPU: 13th gen intel core i7 13700hx
    16 gigs of ram
    (Before you say it’s a ram problem only 12.4 gigs are used up)
    I am using Vulcan as I get much better performance with it.
    No mods are active either.
    The only way that I’ve found to fix this is exiting out and reentering the game but I am wondering why this is happening.

    I believe it's an issue with Vulkan. I also have the same issue, usually when using AI. After a little while, the game stutters every second or so, and even after removing all the cars, the game still stutters. You'll have to play with D3D11 for now until this issue has been resolved, hopefully soon :)
