I am having issues with FPS since a while ago. The game used to run above 60 FPS, but now it is running with 35 FPS max. My other games are running normally.
Ran in safe mode - Check, still lagging
Cleared cache (?) - Check, still lagging
Tried to lower graphics - Check, still lagging
Ran in slow motion - Check, still lagging

In other words: the game runs the same with low quality and high quality

    Thanks in advance :)

Load Gridmap (do not move the camera or the vehicle)
Go to options > gameplay > enable 'Advanced Mode'
In the sidemenu there should be a new button named 'PERFORMANCE'
Press it and let the graphs fill the screen.
Press ALT+O and paste the link for the image here.

Go to the BeamNG.Drive directory (Steam/Steamapps/Common/BeamNG.Drive/Bin64) and run the 'banana-bench.x64.bat' file.
When done, take a screenshot and post the link here.

Your game is not running on the latest version.
Make sure your game is up to date first please.

Also, the graph indicates it's your GPU. There is are massive delays.

    Cheers

I live in Brazil, high tax for computer parts... But it does run pretty much every game I want, so I'm fine with it...

Turn off vsync and retry. I think it's more likely you were running 55fps or so before but without vsync, now you have vsync and because your fps want quite on 60 the game has dropped back to circa 30. I'd be surprised for an aging 660 and this games bad graphics optimisation to spit out 60fps

    Anyway, the GPU is.
GTX660 has very strange performance in DirectX11 games (I owned one, I can confirm)

It is still from era of dx11 uptake just beginning. Hardware was designed around dx10 and drivers for 11 added. Much same way that dx12 has only been added as a driver level feature to older nvidia cards
