Beamng uses torque3d which does not support OSX.

Simple answer is that it might not be Released on Mac although you CAN use software to run it on a Mac...I am unsure what the software is called

Crossover does it quite well too. Just make sure your Mac is powerful enough if it's a laptop. Dedicated graphics are important. Here's a video tutorial that I watched to install it on my Mac.
