What are your hopes for the next Mafia game? I hope it has most of the features they cut from Mafia 2, such as buying properties etc. (imported from here)
I am SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!! I loved mafia 2 so badly. i hope its gonna be good. and oh my god, i hope its in the 70's. my personal favorite for muscle cars. I cant wait to see this game in action. i hope it wont be a console exclusive. There was also a lot of rumors about it and i wanted it to be a thing so bad. and its true. this is sooo great. lets hope it turns out to be a great game. Ohhhh wow, all these muscle cars. i cant wait. this is so awesome.
I will never forgive them for what they did to Henry :< I really can't wait for this, that's 3 games on my wishlist now (Fallout 4, Just Cause 3 and this). Hopefully they have retained that wonderful tyre physics thing they had going on it Mafia 2.
I can only hope that it has lots of cool cars and realistic driving. I also really hope that they can capture the psychedelic feel of the late-60s, if that happens to be when it's set.
Speechless after that trailer, I am no doubt buying this the instant it is released. It looks real, it puts Grand Theft Auto V to shame.
Have some gameplay. It's kinda less good than I expected, also it really annoys me how from what I see cars are going to just explode as soon as you hit them. (The video is in German.)
Remember it's still an alpha. And it appears to be on a console not PC. Still, the driving physics already look better than on the GTA V IMO
If the music in the game is anything like what was in the trailer, that alone puts it on my insta-buy list. Hendrix, Animals. I wonder when in 2016 it's set to be released.
All of the physics looks like Saints Row...disappointed. The Czechs should've developed this game, then we would have gotten the realistic physics and all of that. Things might change though since it's still alpha.

They made a independent studio but that is a whole other story. If the game won't come with native Czech dub like the other ones, a lot of people around here are not gonna be happy. Oh, and reliable sources have confirmed that the older man in the trailer and on the preview wallpaper is Vito Scaletta, Mafia 2 protagonist who is a stand-in for the Italian mafia in the city.
I thought he seemed to have a slight resemblance. It would be stupid if they didn't put Vito in this as the protagonist from Mafia I made an appearance (His assassination) in Mafia II
