Now I have a pretty low spec system. My system specs are Intel Core i3 6006-CPU running at 2.00 GHZ
4.00 GB of RAM and Intel graphics 520. Yea it's not the best but I was wondering what the best graphics settings would be without making the game look too terrible. I already know that making the window smaller helps and I use that trick all the time. If you could tell me the best graphics option would be that would be great.

I think the problem is your using onboard graphics and those are punished harshly by BeamNG

yea I know but I don't have the money for a external graphics card so I guess I'm sort of screwed.

Set everything to lowest, don't use SSAO or dynamic reflections or anything else really, then select custom detail level, change texture to normal or high.

Play in windowed mode 1280x720 resolution.

Pretty much best you can hope for from your system.

Going even lower in resolution will help, but small is small.

I would listen to what @fufsgfen has said for a person in your situation its best if you follow his suggestions I was thinking of actually dropping it to 720p myself and also reducing the quality to minimum to get decent FPS thats what I would have done

I used to run BeamNG on a potato, here's what I used:
    Resolution: 720x480 60HZ
Quality: Low (use lowest if you have to, wouldn't recommend as everything is extremely low res)
    Everything else: off

That's basically what I'm doing right now except full screen. PC specs in signature. I run about 15-25 FPS. (More RAM helps, too)

The game will run as well as it would... it's just your PC.
