Make racing easier to set up.

In the Time Trial mode, it shouldn't be too difficult to allow us to add AI vehicles to the race. I don't know about the rest of you but I think that would be a great and feasible addition to the game. Then instead of just racing against your own time you could also have a few AI racers to make it feel like a real race. The entire game mode could actually be renamed to Racing and time trials could be a subset of that.
