When I drive at 600MPH with the pickup truck, the pressure tire wheels shred and get ripped off. Then my truck cannot drive any faster. That is a very serous problem!! I need wheels that are high density solid discs. Can the devs PLEASE make that a option in the parts menu?

What on earth were you expecting them to do?

Dive into the wheels jbeam and change beamStrength on the wheel beams to FLT_MAX. Suspension will be the next thing to break so figure that one out when you get to it.

I put all beam strength numbers to FLT_MAX and the truck will not load and it jams up the whole game.

This is a simulator. A simulator is meant to replicate what you would see in reality. In reality, a normal car tire would blow up at such speed. Call it realism.

Ok I fixed that problem but now when I drive up to 1,600 MPH the wheel grow HUGE and still rip off eventually. The wheels get at tall as the whole height of the truck.

Let me just quote the glorious member Naedox here "This is a simulator. A simulator is meant to replicate what you would see in reality. In reality, a normal car tire would blow up at such speed. Call it realism."

I fully understand that this could never happen in real life with a pickup truck.

So then why are you demanding a special physics-defying wheel?

IRL Street tires are only rated to about 120MPH, and sporty low-profile tires can got to about 180MPH. At that point the tires experience massive wear as centrifugal force slowly rips them apart.

I really want to see if I can get the pickup truck to drive at over 20,000 MPH.

Why don't you try modding it yourself? Try using thrusters, they might ease the strain on the wheels.

adding on to what randomshortguy said

and the tires on cars like the bugatti and such have special made $42K tire's (and that $42K is PER tire) to handle speeds such as $253MPH or whatever it is

That belongs in ideas and suggestions. How blind are you o_O? When you first enter the forums, it's right there in your face.

I doubt that alone will get to 20 000MPH, while in reality heat would become major problem after 3000MPH or so, I'm not sure that is case with BeamNG, however air resistance would probably rip everything off from the frame.

Even fastest planes ever built can't get to 3000MPH at sea level because air density is too high, you would need to make a map that is very high and use thrusters, so Ghot's space is perhaps best place to try and you don't need wheels there at all.

Does wind app go to 20 000mph? One could do some testing with that if it goes or mod it to go that far?
