I think BeamNG. Drive should have fuel and it goes down until you have to refuel. Also make it possible to disable it in options.
it takes several hours of continuous driving in the least fuel efficient car i could find (mythbuster's 1949 series 62 cadillac convertible with the corvette engine) to deplete the fuel. even longer with most any other car. this is also without respawning at all. the only map this is really even practical to do so on is the empty gridmap. given the impracticality of actually depleting your fuel, I personally don't see much of a need for this to be optional; especially since ctrl+r will refill your tank and keep your current position.
