making a mini bike

I want it to look something like this but will probably look like this what are your thoughts?

im making it from scatch im gonna makeitas simple as I can

 

any welding experience? Any experience bolting engines up? If answer to either of those is no, you're about to kill yourself mate, take a step back, get some practise in, revisit it later.

Honestly it would probably just be cheaper to buy one already built, and it would definitely be a lot easier.
