Making Mods

How Do I make Mods? If anyone could tell me the steps to make a mod, either a vehicle or a map i would be highly great full.

 

Its not something you exactly make... Rather its an art.


Sure you make a model, or a terrain, but to put it together and make it work right in the game is different.
We can tell you the steps, but we cant tell you how to make something. Thats up to you.

you have to learn blender to make a vehicle and learn the map editor and more blender if you want custom roads, trees, buildings, rocks, etc, you don't learn overnight and start making cars in the morning it takes practice.
