mall on the west coast island

I'm not sure if I've already said this (and if I have then I'm very sorry) but I'd love to see a mall that you can drive through. It could be on that unused island that the bridge leads to on west coast.

 

I think there is already a mall in the map, but you can't drive through it.

 

I would like a big mall on the island, so it isn't as useless. But in order for this to happen it would likely have to be a low to mid detail mall with no interior.
