I put realistic engine and transmission to it, also diff ratio, but I guess there is some bug that causes diff ratio to be ignored or something like that.

That is not too difficult to go around, drag/air resistance was big so I lowered, but still there is too much resistance, I think it comes from tires, increasing pressure helped a little, also tires were less flat and flexy, but I think before making engine etc. tires need to be improved, however I'm not sure how. Getting vehicle to work with such little power might be challenging.

For wheel radius I used 0.213, which I calculated from 135/45/12 tire size one site mentioned.

Anyway, transmission ratios 3.25, 2.07, 1.30, 0.57 and diff ratio 4.88 is what I found from the web, not sure if that is what 126P got, but those are from 126 transmission.

Hello, I did manage to solve most of these problems. Engine and transmission has ben rewritten. I will post an update this week. It has around 30hp now and speeds a bit over 100km/h which is very close to te reality.

I personally have no plans to work with maps and scenarios.

Btw. the mod update is awaiting approval by BeamNG team now, should be avaliable for download soon, it includes a new Rally version.

Really nice, a lot of improvements!

Reason for it being so slippery is partly because rear suspension is not moving at all, Lancer Evolution mod had/has same issue. If you move relative camera under the car so that you can see rear wheel hubs underside of the car, then accelerate forwards, brake, accelerate backwards and brake, you can see how only tires act as suspension.

But I guess that is on your todo list already.

If you turn the engine off or stall it, the starter cannot turn it back on. It's too weak. I also think it revs way too fast in neutral. Maybe add some inertia to it?
The brakes are also too strong at the moment..

    Just constructive feedback.

Yes it is on my to-do list as many other things, the mod is unfortunately still in Alpha state

I have noticed that, it will be a priority in the coming updates

    Bug Report:
Upon engine shutoff and restart, the Maluch cannot drive.
AKA: Spinning out and stalling the new Rally Variant, basically means your car is dead.

About throttle - this is insane sensitive! On value 01 (I'm using Pedal Axis app) it revs to 3-3500, reaching 04 value it revs to the max RPMs

Please have a look at the attached file, it is unofficial update with several bug fixes, the throttle sensitivity is a bit better there. Try it out.

Oh, I see now, there are two problems there.

The first thing is that I have a problem making the wheel stiff enogh considering the wheel weight, tire size amd wheel height. When I make it too stiff it becomes unstable. This is something I have on my TODO list to improve however.

The other thing is that the rear wheels hangs on only one arm each. This arm changes wheel vertical angle while moving up and down. This car orginaly has no swing bars, so when you take a turn rear arms move and chane wheels angle, the conseqence is that wheel geometry changes as well, this is what makes the car so difficult to control on curves. This effect was one of the main problems of this car in real life as well.
This problem is going to remaind and all I can do is to shrink the move range for the rear arms and make the rear suspenion more stiff. This is what I did for the Rally version, you shuld feel it handles curves a bit better.

Here you can see the result of the problem I have mentioned before in real life:

    New Bug Found:
When the Maluch has been shutoff using the ignition button, it cannot start up again.
+ The stalling glitch is fixed so its not really a problem to me.

Suspension has no any kind of movement when weight is transferring forward/rearward when accelerating / braking, I think there should be movement as if there is not, it is same as having iron bars instead of springs, that causes very poor grip on rear end and instead of flipping over while tires biting rear end slides.

Some other mod cars have had this, One Mercedes and Lancer Evolution, when in turn or in bump, suspension seems to be working, but when accelerating or braking it does not.

I made poor video about this compared to Covet:

I found this print, maybe it will be useful.
