Manual Gearboxes Not Working

    This is probably me just not looking properly but I have been trying to play the new update but I have only been able to get the auto 'boxes running. The manual ones just rev and don't change gear. I have changed the option in preferences to realistic manual and tried changing the controls but nothing has worked.

    'Realistic' means you have to change gears by yourself? (Both if the car has a Automatic or Manual transmission)
    Are you doing that?
