Manual still has a auto-clutch while changing gears

I can go into a manual vehicle and i switch to manual and i can change gears without pressing the clutch,
and when i checked the update changelog on the blog it said "Removed auto-clutch while changing gears",
and i can go into manual and change gears without having to press the clutch,
I am using a logitech G27, so any idea why this might be happening?

 

because it is possible to force a car into any gear without a clutch in real life, it just potentially damages it (unless you rev match) and BeamNG doesnt simulate the damage.
The auto clutch refers to something else.

 

I thought it shouldnt change because of ROR experience my bad

 

removed due to being blind.
