Map creation

Hello everyone
I am here today because I need advice on creating maps.

Is it already possible to start without any knowledge? Especially where to start ?

I watched videos on YouTube and the forum info, but unfortunately a lot of files are not in the base maps so it is impossible to run the tutorial.
