map for slow pc?

Hi everyone, I have a very weak PC and I want you to throw links with cool and most importantly optimized map for my computer:$
my pc: amd athlon 200ge
amd radeon vega 3
8gb ram
windows 10 ordinary
I play on the minimum graphics settings, it gives about 30-25 fps.
