Map gone after cleaning cache

So i was making my own Map for a good few hours and i experienced some problems with some house and other misc stuff not having any Textures for some reason.
I went looking in the Forums here to see how i could fix that and i read something about cleaning the cache and that is what i did.
Now to the Problem.
When i load up my Map it is back to the way it was, meaning that everything i did is now gone but all the Files remained the same when i look at my Map on winrar.
Is there a way of bringing my Map back to the way it was before i cleaned my cache?

 

the map files you make are temporarily stored in the cache before you move them into you maps ZIP file
if you cleared the cache, you cleared those map files. they should be in the backup folder, but maybe not.

The levels file is inside your documents/beamng in another file called Cache~~~ (highest number). Copy (or cut) the levels or the file inside the levels file to your documents/beamng (/levels).
