Map Problems. Specifically: West Coast, USA

Hello People,
Recently, I have been trying to use the new version of the game, and when I try to load up West Coast, USA, all the buildings and bridges are completely gone. Also, whenever I try to Unzip the files, Jungle Rock Island doesn't unzip. If there are any suggestions on how to fix this, please let me know.

 

Try going to your user folder and deleting your cache folders. As for the unzipping, I don't know. If this fails try verifying/repairing your install.

 

Removing your whole cache file should work, though this does delete all of your Mods, Custom Configurations, and Edited Maps/Created Maps.

 

1) Go to you user folder (by default it's in Documents)
2) Move the 'Levels' folder to your desktop (for backup).
3) Then relaunch game without that folder

That worked for me

 

Try safe mode if not then try a clean reinstall
